1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 pieces Thai Kitchen® Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey
1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Roasted Red Chili Paste
2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 piece Thai Kitchen® Thai Bird Eye Chilies, halved
Cooked Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice (optional)
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on high heat. Add garlic and kaffir lime leaves; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned. Add green beans, sugar, chili paste, fish sauce, water and chilies; stir fry 5 minutes or until green beans are tender-crisp. Remove kaffir lime leaves before serving.
SERVE with cooked jasmine rice, if desired.
