- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons Chinese oyster flavored sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops , (1/2-inch thick)
- Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE garlic, cilantro and peppercorns in blender or use mortar and pestle. Pulse or grind into a thick paste. Spoon into large bowl. Add oyster flavored sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add pork; turn to coat well.
- 2 REFRIGERATE 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
- 3 BROIL or grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Serve pork with Chili Sauce.
