Thai Red Chili Ribs

Ingredients:

3 to 4 pounds pork baby back ribs (2 racks)

1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Roasted Red Chili Paste

2/3 cup Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce, divided

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub with chili paste.

BAKE 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Brush with 1/3 cup of the chili sauce halfway through cooking.

BRUSH with remaining chili sauce before serving.
