- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice
- 2 pieces Thai Kitchen® Kaffir Lime Leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 BRING water to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- 2 STIR in rice and kaffir lime leaves. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3 REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove kaffir lime leaves before serving.
- 4 MAKES 3 cups or 6 (1/2-cup) servings.
