3 Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice
2 pieces Thai Kitchen® Kaffir Lime Leaves or Thai Kitchen® Lemongrass
Directions:
BRING water to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low.
STIR in rice and kaffir lime leaves or lemongrass. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove kaffir lime leaves or lemongrass before serving.
