cooking. Also, what is the best way to soften rice wrappers (like the
ones used in Vietnamese spring rolls). Thanks. John

I am using dried
galangal for the first time. I'm attempting to reconstitute the pieces

Do you have other suggestions? Thank you, in advance. Respectfully, Alex

Do you have a recipe for Pineapple Curry? I have had it at a couple of
restaurants, but can't find a recipe. The version I had is spicier than
Panang Curry, but has pineapple, grapes, green peppers and cherry tomatoes.

I had a dish called chicken ginger salad in a Thai restaurant in Washington,
DC. It was an absolutely delicious appetizer made with "steamed minced
chicken tossed with julienne fresh ginger, onion, and roasted peanuts
in a spicy lime dressing served on a fresh bed of green leaves".
I have searched for a Thai recipe so I can make it at home. I live in
North Carolina and the Thai restaurant near me doesn't serve this wonderful
dish. Can you please help me with a recipe for this dish? Thank you! Deborah

I was in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Korat Royal Thai Air Force base
from 1974 to 1975. I used to take the bus downtown (NakhonRatchaSima)
everyday and stop at this little sidewalk vendor and eat a bowl of “monkey
ball soup” 5 Baht. I'm still looking for a recipe or a restaurant
that has it. It was excellent. (I know it wasn't real monkey parts) I
live in the Tampa, Florida area. If you know of a place that might serve
it in my area. I think the Thai word was something like Witheo or sounded
like it. Any help would be appreciated. Rick Evans

I would really like the recipe for Panang Curry. Whenever we go to a Thai
restaurant, this is what my husband orders. I would love to make it for
him. Anna McDonald
Hello. First of all I have to say that I am totally hooked on your Rice
Noodle Bowls. They are delicious and my friends and family are hooked
as well. A while back I read an article on Riki Lake, the talk show host.
She talked of a recipe she makes of her own. It had the Rice Noodles in
it. It also had chicken and was a little sweet and served chilled. It
was like a Rice Noodle/Chicken Salad. I think there were green onions
in it as well. I've searched and searched for this recipe and cannot find
it. I even went on the internet looking for something close to it but
no luck. Do you know of any recipe that sounds like this one and if so,
I would love to have it? Thanks a bunch and have a fantastic day! MeltedButtr
