Kitchen Win A Trip To Thailand Contest Rules
1. No purchase/on-line entry necessary. One entry per household only. Odds
of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
2. Sweepstake is open to U.S. residents only. Employees of
Thai Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc., and their immediate families are
not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Void where prohibited by law. Parent or legal guardian must accompany minors.
3. Winner will be selected at the end of each calendar year. No duplicate
winners. Winner will be notified by mail and may be required to complete
an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability that must be returned within
14 days of the date on the notification letter or an alternate winner will
be selected. If winner is a minor, parent or legal guardian will be required
to execute Affidavit. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as
undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution
for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case
a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable
or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize acceptance
constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and
likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsors
and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
illegible, postage-due entries, or internet technical, hardware, software,
telephone or transmission failures of any kind which may limit a person's
ability to enter the sweepstakes. Thai Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc.,
is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other
persons computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading
materials in this sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or
suspend advertising the sweepstakes on the internet should a computer virus,
unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper
conduct of the promotion. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsors
and will not be returned. By entering, participants release and hold harmless
Thai Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc., their subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all
liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection
with the sweepstakes or any prize won.
4. On-line Conduct: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound
by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. The Official
Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Sweepstakes.
Thai Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc., reserves the right at its sole discretion
to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process
of the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation
of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner, or showing intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, THAI KITCHEN/SIMPLY ASIA FOODS, INC., RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW
5.Prize: One (1) prize winner will receive: Round-trip coach-class airline
tickets for the winner and one guest (two adult tickets total) from any
state in the U.S.A. to Bangkok, Thailand. Trip must be taken within
one (1) year of receiving prize. If Thai Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc.,
and Sponsors cannot find an eligible winner who is able to travel within
the time provided to satisfy verification procedures, no prize will be
awarded. Accommodations: Seven- (7) night stay in a hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
Thai Kitchen reserves the right to choose the hotel and the accommodations. Thai
Kitchen/Simply Asia Foods, Inc. will pay for the room rate, plus any applicable taxes for a seven-(7)
night stay only. All other amenities at the hotel and expenses incurred
by the winner (and any guest) in Thailand will be at their own expense.
Prizes will remain as listed above. There will be no substitutions or no
trade for cash value of the prizes. The laws of the United States
govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes,
fees and surcharges on trip packages are the sole responsibility of the
prize winner. Travel companion or winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility
and Liability/Publicity Release and return with winner's documents. Travel
companion must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as winner.
6. This sweepstakes
will end November 30, 2008.
